Is the Russian-Ukraine War a Threat to Global Security?

There is a stronger coordination, a stronger unity among the rich countries in the world in response to the Russian invasion. One of the things that many developing countries do not understand is if it was possible to have such a common position on issues like COVID and climate action. And so, this creates a malice, this creates discomfort that translates itself in a divide that is very dangerous. We had Pakistan, we had Sri Lanka, and these kind of situations will multiply time and time again.
