"I feel so good when I get done that it's worth the little shock of when you get in," Huberman says. "You legitimately do get used to the, the quote shock of getting in." The swim is a one-mile no wetsuit swim around the Santa Monica pier and then run back for him. For me, there's a 10 minute break in period.
