When I started, there was no one else with me. So I trained myself in a way. But now it's about 15 plus years on since I started in this particular field. And we have really good training programs now for medical physicists. We're also starting to look into the area of sustainability and the environmental load of running all our high-end equipment like MRI scanners and CT scanners.
