Fitness industry runs on a pendulum of extremes. And I would even argue potentially there's nothing that's new that like everything's already been done before. Right now bodybuilding has made a huge resurgence, which toot my own horn, I did call this several years ago. It's just very, very, very interesting to me to see all these things come back in different waves. If you're lifting as heavy as you possibly can every day, you're not giving your body time to rebuild.
