When cabotegravirine was only once a month schedule, they did not even consider implementing it. So then when it went to every eight weeks, that became a bit more feasible. We actually hired another nurse in our clinic so that there was always one nurse available to be able to give all the injections. It's created a lot of extra work as well as on my job,. Just seeing patients, making sure I have the drugs physically available has been kind of a big deal.
