Sally Kohn: I started out as an engineer and then moved on to kind of engineering management. She says there's something cathartic about actually working there in that way. Now she sees it from the perspective of a business person who empathizes with her colleagues' challenges, but also has empathy for what they're going through too. "I joke with my engineering leader either of the best job of the worst job," said Kohn.
