The Taliban's Coming to Power Was a Cue for Countries to Cut Aid to Afghanistan

For many afghans at least, the absence of foreign troops means that the fighting has stopped. Many Afghans who live a more traditional life outside urban areas are trying to piece back together the lives they had under the talaban before the war. Other people, particularly in bigger cities, they raly feel as if this country was been dragged back 20 years and that's why so many people are trying to find a way out.
