Finding the Higher Purpose for Your Leadership

Mike Irwin: Are you devoting enough time in a given week to doing the hard thinking that leadership in your organization requires? He says it's very easy for us to feel like we're busy all the time and there's a million things we can be doing. But are we actually carving out the time to do our hard thinking or is that something that we outsource, he asks. And then lastly as you talked about was you know finding the higher purpose for your leadership I think leaders who really find that purpose of their leadership will make better decisions  and get more effective outcomes.
