The Power of Character Four

At the root of addiction is often so much shame, right? There's just a lot of shame and an addiction that's destructive in relationships. For me, my call for support ends up going to my own little character: "You have me, you always have me" And sometimes I might need to reach out for that external support, but just to know that that love, that love, I am okay. I am this beautiful life force.
