The buyer's journey is actually really complicated and it's not the linear, right? So that's what I've been saying. My question to you though is, and I guess this is a good problem to have in the last few months. When it get when you before you got into the question, you're going back with the data and you have the qualitative and the quantitative. The key is that you need to take the qualitative and that from the self reported and make it quantitative.
