The ketogenic diet is very little to no carbohydrates. I know that veganism is not making a comeback, but it's kind of gaining traction. You probably have one carb day, I think. And the rest is fats and proteins. For lifter for someone that's exercising really, really hard,. However, I watched a guy squat 600 pounds and he was a vegan. It was the easiest thing in the world for him.
