The Importance of Hiring AI Talent
The biggest adoption hurdle has been the fact that we have this shortage of AI talent. Google is sort of the number one recruiter of AI talent and followed by some of the other big giants. IBM, for example, has 6,000 researchers just dedicated to artificial intelligence in their Watson lab. But also don't forget, you need a cloud hosting provider to help you if you're not a clouding yourself. So it's quite expensive.
