The Effects of Sweating on the Body

Erica Davis: When you're hot, your body is taking the heat in your body and putting it into water that's in your body. And because it can take a lot of it, it's doing that and pushing it out. The sweating happens and then there's water on your skin and then it takes in the heat. It starts evaporating if it can and having evaporative cooling as it takes that heat away and takes it off up into the sky.
