Pastoring Smaller Churches

The vast majority pastors aren't pastoring thousand person churches. And if you're if you're addicted to scale, or you've bought into scale and the models, this is what gets screened out. This is what gets put to the ya, pushed to the side. Those pastors who are showing up at five 50 a m with a family that's scared and doen't know what’s going to happen next,. i see you, ha, i see you. I think we need to be able as as a people, as as christians, to see that and appreciate that profoundly and deeply.
