The Importance of Understanding Your Situation

Sometimes it's quite a radical decision. A switchcraft works on kind of every level. You might be stuck in a bit of a rut if you like where you clearly need to get out of that. I was working with a young track athlete and she hadn't really been improving her performance. And particularly when she went to big championships and big game competitions, she found she wasn't really improving. But what we realized actually was that she was very reluctant to train with people who are more or less the same level as her - so her own peer group. She didn't like the uncertainty of knowing was she going to win or not. So just understanding your situation in a very deep way
