How to Buy a Property Site Unseen

I would never buy a property that's tenant occupied. I just wouldn't, it's just an extra hassle. The tenants would not let me enter the property. They wouldn't even let the landlord enter the property, which is a red flag. So when you think about like taking action, you have like these kind of three different phases or three different areas, you have your comfort zone. And then outside of the comfort zone, there's a growth zone. And in between those are the danger zone where you almost buy it off more than you can chew and you end up in a situation where it's no longer productive but counterproductive because you've taken on too much.
