The Pros and Cons of Working in a Small Firm

I like smaller companies when I first started and I'm technically still in a small office, but like a bigger company. But I really like that small office field because I've worked in both where it's hundreds of employees in one office and there's that 10 employee office or five man employee office. And for me, knowing that I like that environment where there's a lot more mentorship going on,. There's more one on one, you get to learn the whole projects.
