How Do You Deal With Returns Issues?
We think shops are trying to make sure that they try to repair items instead of simply replacing. If you can provide customers with a fairly easy returns policy, you do actually generate quite a lot of good will and customer loyalty. But i think customary expectations around resons are really high anyway,. primarily because the bar is set quite high by bigger companies. You feel you feel obliged to give more than the legal rights because other big companies do, and because customers expect more from you.
