The theory is that when the daptomisen molecule encounters muscle cell membranes, it causes initial damage to the cell. And so those muscles are full of c k and then with the membrane damage ne by the d aptomites, they released that c k into the blood. If that damage is allowed to continue, if you didn't check for the c k, ah, then you could get full clinical rabDMialysis from the drug. So i've learned a ton already, but i want to learn more.
