A 23-year-old athlete came in with a doubling of his serum creatinine. The primary team was hoping for his milk working up as an acute kidney injury. You worry about rhabdomyolysis, NSAIDs and pre-renalizatemia. And so the best test for this is to talk to the patient and ask them if they're taking any NSAIDs.
