How to Cope With a Bad Research Career
i manage a time, wer a short period of time, i was able to relate some of the thoughts that you had about being a faculty member. I feel like is something that everyone who has a role that can conne multiple people in research would have to endure. One coping strategy is that there are a lot of skills involved in being a good administrator. And the more of those that you get, the easier it is to be effective and say yes to more things.
