Why Focus on Agriculture?

Water is the single most important variable we have to look at. We are now in a time where we actually ar not increasing agriculture production at the same level as our need is increasing. 20 19 was the first year in, i dont know how many years, a couple of decades actually, when we produced less food than we consumed. So it's a gigantic leverage if you can somehow optimize water use on the global scale. And suddenly this market would become a lot more transparent and a much more predictable.
