I grew up in a hybrid of paper, water and paper. And the most effective approach is minimal paper, water, paper. I still find that I am embarrassed too, so in a public bathroom, obviously, if I don't have a portable bidet with me, I have to wet some toilet paper. But then I feel embarrassed to go up to the wash base and wet the toilet paper and then go into a toilet store. So I'm trying to get over myself and just like, you know, be proud.
