There's a lot of Scrubs elements here, sort of like just the how the show alternates between like really serious stuff and also light-hearted. That is the Scrubs Playbook. Krista Miller, she was in another Bill Lawrence TV show, Kogartown from 2009. In fact, Brad Goldstein, who you may know as Roy Kent from Ted Lasso, is an executive producer on shrinking. The main protagonist of Shrinkin is Jason Segal from Knocked Up.
