I feel like as a songwriter, I'm always just chasing that perfect line. Everything that I write is not necessarily a verbatim series of experiences that happens to me. You know, it's with this like, you know, series of disparate images and kind of twisted scenarios. And then as you come up with all these great lines, you get people like I was saying them back to you all the time - which must be really enjoyable.
