Do You Think the u.s. And the Russian Side Will Be Negotiating?

The russian ministry of foreign affairs publish two draft treaties. One a bilateral one witht that is addressed to the united states, and another one that is address to nato. And those have this measure about the deployment of nato forces going back to 19 97. It's pretty significant any of the baltic states joining nato. So i think things are moving. But let's see if the united states also confirms this,. which i believe would happen.
