Trastuzumab is naked antibody without the warhead. So it's a missile, but it doesn't have the bomb. What it does is it's got multiple mechanisms of action. It certainly has a signal inhibition capability. And that will localize the enemy with HER2 and then elicit these antibody responses that are cell-mediated.
