What Is the Value of Section 230?
The values of section 230 is that it helps to avoid some of what we saw with, for example, the Twitter V Tamina case recently in SCOTUS. Once the courts have to go down the road of questioning whether algorithms are acting neutrally or how active was the generative AI product in creating or developing the content? We actually lose the value of section 230 entirely because those are questions of fact that will have to be further assessed and evaluated.
