The live chat thing is probably a feature that people going to want either that or an easier solution probably just be integrating with third party chat applications in some way. That sort of part of the product is shelved at the moment in terms of development because there's only five people in the team at the moment we're currently hiring but we need to focus pretty heavily so we've gone down this integrations path. The web socket was more of a tech demo thing than a actual thing that's in product at the moment but okay may see a comeback at some point.
