The Appeal Trial in Italy

Amanda nox and rafaele solicito were convicted for the murder of meredith kercher. The appeal trial began in november two thousand and ten when the court ordered a review ofthe diene evidence. In our appellat courts, you cannot introduce new ence, not right away. You can get back into a palat court later on. But in your initial appeals, it has to be restricted to what happened at trial. Amanda was also convicted of slander against falsely accusing patrick lamumba earlier on.
