The Rise and Fall of the Marxist Concept of Alienation

The concept of alienation has really fallen out of fashion in recent decades. But now it's seeing a resurgence thanks in part to the work of German philosopher Rahul Yehye, who wrote a book called Alienation. This raises the question of whether we need a new term to name the experience of workers under these new conditions and in these new markets.
