Shopify Scales Up

The scale of those online retail operations in the huge crunch of those two major days, it's just intimidating, right? That you'll see people who are really half of their revenue, sometimes, especially for some of these smaller sellers on these big marketplaces. And so that downtime is such a big, sometimes even existential threat to them that it's fascinating to me that it's worth it to Shopify to invest so heavily in the reliability and resiliency.
