The first episode of Portals to Hell was filmed in Alaska. "It was a really overwhelming location," says co-producer and actor Jack Osborne. The show is set on the East Coast, so it took him 22 hours to get there from New York City. He doesn't know why they chose Alaskan weather but thinks it had something to do with filming over time.
