How TD Bank Shut Down a Nonprofit
GoFundMe was the initial funding platform that we used. We had an accountant come in and he was actually trying to set up a bank account for us because I just set it up to go into my personal one of my personal bank accounts. And so TD Bank was really dragging their feet, dragging their feet,. So I sensed that something was up. As soon as GoFundMe released it, they pretty much grabbed it right away, seized it immediately.
