Is It Possible to Scale AI Beyond 100 Languages?

Can you get simple neural circuits with real biological neurons to do things that are more complex than the same number of artificial neurons set up in the same way? I don't know if that's going to be feasible in the near term, but it's kind of an interesting, almost philosophical question that comes to mind with this stuff. Next story, we have Google is a one step closer to building its 1000 language AI model.
