As the world has become more and more complex, it's become even more apparent that in our complex world, people are demanding more things from their workplace. He says 4 million people roughly over the last couple years that have changed jobs every month.Cowen: In order to stay competitive, and in order to meet your bottom line, more and more companies are recognizing and realizing that employee well-being, mental health, and personal development is important.
