How Chat DPT Is Changing the Face of CX
I see that where we are turning companies more similar to humans. And the beauty of especially the land such as chat DPT is that you're able to communicate in a creative way, in a fluid way with context. So people could feel that seems like a human, even though it's an automation software. We're reaching a point and I think in the next step, two to three years, are going to be amazing on how we simplify interfaces between organizations and people. Because that's for me, it is the ultimate goal. Make companies talk to people like they wear humans.
