The first decision was not to market and advertise, which meant that we had to do something else to acquire users. In India, the cost of acquisition for a broken firm is between $30 to $40. And one of the reasons for our profitability is that we haven't spent a single rupee on marketing and advertisement until late. Not once have we put an advertisement or a banner on varsity saying open an account at Zerodah. Because the intention is to educate the customer.
