Are Airlines Doing a Great Job in Diversity?

Katherine says airlines have their head in the sand on so many pilot related issues. We've had a looming pilot shortage every decade for what, i think, 30 years but we've always dodged the bullet because of recessions and nine 11. Corporations need to to step up to the challenge. There are so things that corporations could do to advance pilots in the united states.
