How to Create Black Equity and Black Wealth

After the George Floyd murder, I talked to myself and said, hey, unless there's a systemic long-term solution to racial equity, this problem is just not going to get solved. The VC community has a huge role here because we need more black VCs investing in founders of color. So what are you doing? We get the flywheel going. But have you taken steps yet or you're starting to work on that?
