Merrick Garland and the IRS Whistleblower
There's absolutely no evidence that he meddled in the selection of Merrick Garland. David Weiss, a U.S. attorney in Delaware, has been invited to testify on the Hill about his time as an IRS whistleblower. The former prosecutor says it may have just been a misunderstanding on the part of the agent. But it'll be interesting to see what happens.
