Russian Men Are Leaving Russia
A notable number of Russian men continue to leave the country, all to avoid military service. Some of Russia's neighbors aren't exactly interested in welcoming these men or their families who are trying to flee. In Finland, the government there has announced that they're building a border fence to keep Russians out about 225 miles of fencing at a cost of a couple hundred million dollars.
