The Importance of Digital Maps
The maps were almost a secondary piece to the software. The software is what was very useful, especially to the leaders of the various First Nations and tribes. And that's I think the that's where modernism missed, is that it was almost like they were trying to to make an emotional connection by simplifying each individual piece with no emotion at all. Now as a creative director now, what I would do is I would build this from the start based on the data,. But then actually get them in front of if we could get in front of a Congress person who has some legal expertise.
