In the beginning, for me personally, I wasn't in the best place with my PhD. And I sort of really struggled in sort of finding the energy to also talk about more science and more PhD related things,. At the time, it wasn't that many people, but you never know. But yeah, ultimately, I think working on the struggling scientists and all the awesome, awesome stuff we do with it, providing me a little bit of extra support to keep going when things were not going as great with my PhD projects," he says. "I hope what we can do with the struggling scientists is emulate that feeling"
