The Hell Realm

Tibetan proverb: The hell realm is made of ghosts with insatiable bellies. They drink through the tiniest little straw, and whatever comes in doesn't even feel like anything. Most people that I know before they become enlightened, before they find a way to their highest vibration, they live that hell realm. And really, our choice is to choose to stop and take in the good and fill your belly fully.
