The Importance of Diversity in Banking

I think this is a collaborative effort for our whole country that we need to continue to focus on access to capital that creates jobs. It's very important that we not make this a moment in time. And the last part of that, and I say this all the time, we need to keep telling the story, right? Asking the questions. If questions are asked and it makes people uncomfortable, it's probably the right question. We want to continue this conversation of how these recessions are impacting these communities.
