How to Fall in Love and Break Up

I feel like if I tell someone I love them then they almost have like a power over me because they know that I love them. That's very scary I don't and I've only had I love you said to me by one person but I didn't believe them as their actions were not indicative of love so I would just like let him say it and I would go yep okay thank you wow that's really smart. He never was like so you don't love me so that I thought never occurred to him and that's when I was like oh yeah you don't this is a very like one-sided thing where you say what you want to say to make me feel a certain
