There seems to be something about suicide that is spiritually toxic, right? Don't kill yourself. Ilana Khan says, I experienced twice in my life a strange event of seeing my physical body while I was sleeping. It was like observing myself and the room from the outside. The obvious question or thought after that becomes well, you know, how do we do that? If, if we are only our body, if, if we're only our physical body, how is that possible?
