Nested Thinking and Nested Planning for Coaches

Mike: I propose in this paper three constructs within professional judgment and decision-making that coaches can the conguied coaches is what I'm understanding. One of which is adaptive expertise, another one is something called nested thinking or nested planning and I urge everybody listening in to read the paper to understand this further. Mike: A single decision has an impact up and down the food chain up and Down the coaching process so I might make a decision that has an immediate effect but it immediately affects other decisions as well.
