Roe Versus Wade - The Right to Abortion Is Grounded in the Constitution
The most recent decision just says the Supreme Court doesn't really have a jurisdiction over this. It's a decision for the legislatures because there is no right to abortion explicitly mentioned in the Constitution. The current decision overturns rows of versus weight, but it doesn't challenge that sort of reasoning. So states may, may because of the concerns about the health of the mother regulate.
